Our transformation has provided a huge opportunity to enhance our approach to diversity, equity and inclusion in our workspaces.

As we embed our behaviors throughout the organization, diversity, equity and inclusion has never been so front of mind. We’re committed to making Imperial Brands one of the fairest and most welcoming organizations.

Here’s a little about some of the initiatives already rolled out:

Employee Resource Groups

Our employees spoke and we listened. Following employee survey responses, we created two local Business Employee Resource Groups (BERGs) to further understand the opportunities to create a more inclusive organization. With support from our Executive Leadership Team and senior leaders within the business, each BERG focuses on areas considered most important by our people: ethnicity and gender.

Our close partnership with our global diversity, equity and inclusion colleagues allows us to connect with the global BERGs who focus on disability and LGBTQ+.

Anyone in our business can join, bring their ideas and experiences and support the global strategy.

Our Global Business Employee Resource Group and advocacy network for disabilities, neurotypes and long-term health conditions.

Enabling every employee to feel comfortable in bringing their true self to work.

Awareness and Education

We continue to build our suite of workshops, online DE&I resource centers and training courses that are available to everyone at ITG Brands and include our global colleagues at all levels. These have included providing wider understanding of unconscious bias and microaggressions amongst others.
