We foster a workplace where everyone feels valued and authentic—reflected in our strong Inclusion Index scores: 79% feel they belong, 81% feel they can be themselves. This inclusivity boosts engagement and business outcomes. Our people tell us they have strong levels of trust across our teams.

Here’s a little about some of the initiatives already rolled out:

Business Employee Resource Groups

At ITG Brands, Business Employee Resource Groups (BERGs) create space for connection, collaboration, and community. Open to everyone, these groups bring together employees who are passionate about fostering an inclusive culture where all voices are heard.

By sharing experiences, sparking dialogue, and driving meaningful initiatives, BERGs help us build a workplace where everyone can thrive and contribute to lasting impact.

Awareness and Education

We continue to build our suite of workshops, online resources and training courses that are available to everyone at ITG Brands and include our global colleagues at all levels. These have included providing wider understanding of unconscious bias and inclusive leadership amongst others.

We place the most qualified talent in key roles through fair, merit-based processes. Our commitment to equity fosters innovation, strengthens our competitive edge, and enhances performance by attracting and retaining top talent.
